Rose
Hollister brings 15 years of strategic business experience to
her coaching. She is dedicated to partnering with clients in the
areas of leadership, communication, talent development, and team
alignment. Before founding Hollister Consulting, Rose served as
Vice-President, Learning and Development, for Equity Office Properties,
the biggest office REIT in the world. During this period, Rose
supported a key business transformation project that won Chicago
Organization Development Impact Award of 2004.
Rose is an adjunct faculty member at Northwestern University,
where she teaches strategic change in the Masters Program for
Learning and Organizational Change. Rose has a Masters in Education
and Bachelors in Interpersonal and Public Communication from Bowling
Green State University in Ohio as well as a Masters of Science
in Organization Development from Loyola University in Illinois.
In 2006, Rose completed The Cycle of Leadership through the University
of Michigan Graduate Business School.
