  • TALENT DEVELOPMENT/LEARNING CULTURE – Built a learning competency and culture in an organization through internal training function that addressed critical business needs. Developed and implemented learning programs in functional/technical knowledge, customer service, management/leadership skills development, coaching and mentoring, performance management and feedback, enhancing team effectiveness and change management.
  • TALENT ASSESSMENT & PIPELINE MANAGEMENT – Implemented enterprise-wide approaches to talent assessment and leadership development, including assessment interviews to evaluate top senior leaders.
